We are seeking a dedicated Labourer to join our team in Mickleham, Victoria. This permanent, full-time position is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in the building and construction industry. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting various electrical construction projects, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and safely, contributing to the overall success of our operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and clean-up of construction sites
• Carry out manual tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials
• Follow instructions from supervisors and assist skilled tradespeople
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
• Report any hazards or unsafe conditions to supervisors
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required

Qualifications:

• Drivers Licence Mandatory
• Construction Induction Card Mandatory

• No formal education required; however, a basic understanding of construction processes is advantageous
• Previous experience in a labouring role is preferred but not essential
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong physical fitness and stamina to perform manual tasks
• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn
