Randall Industries is seeking a motivated and reliable Truck Driver/Factory Labourer to join our highly experienced team based in Dandenong South. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with workshop or construction experience who is looking for long-term employment
Randall Industries is a fully Australian-owned and operated company with over 40 years of experience specializing in the design, fabrication, and installation of structural steel for major Tier 1 Government infrastructure projects.
Working closely with our fabrication and installation teams, you will assist with workshop operations in our Dandenong South factory and attend deliveries to site works when required.
Assisting boilermakers and tradespeople with structural steel fabrication
Reading and working from engineering drawings
Handling and preparing structural steel and associated materials
Operating hand tools, power tools, and workshop equipment
Loading and unloading materials and deliveries
General factory labouring and housekeeping duties
Assisting with onsite installations when required
Driving company vehicles for deliveries and material collection
Maintaining a safe and productive work environment
Current HR (Heavy Rigid) Truck Licence – minimum requirement
Previous experience at least 5 years
experience Factory Labourer, or in a manufacturing/construction environment
Ability to work from instructions and engineering drawings
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Physically fit and capable of manual handling
Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
HC or MC (Semi-Trailer) Truck Licence
Forklift Licence
Experience in structural steel fabrication or construction
Experience operating workshop machinery and equipment
Construction Industry White Card
