Casual Labourers – Concrete Sleeper Precast Plant | $30–$33/hr | Wacol, Brisbane

CS Retaining Walls Brisbane is a progressive company specialising in manufacturing high-quality concrete sleepers for retaining walls.

We are looking for Casual Labourers to join our busy Wacol precast plant. This role offers consistent hours, a supportive team, and the opportunity for full-time employment after qualifying period.

• Monday – Friday shifts (half-days available)

Your Role

• Stacking & strapping concrete sleepers

• Preparing & cleaning precast moulds

• Assisting with concrete pours

• General housekeeping & support duties

What You Need

• Reliability & strong work ethic

• Ability to lift & handle manual tasks

• Moderate lifting capacity required for physical duties

• Team player, willing to follow procedures

• Rights to work in Australia

• Forklift licence a bonus but not essential
