Location: Multiple Sites Across Melbourne, VIC
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $28.44/Hr

About the Role

We are currently seeking reliable, motivated and hardworking Site Labourers with Traffic Management experience to join our growing team across a variety of commercial projects throughout Melbourne.

This is a full-time opportunity offering ongoing work, career development and the chance to work on a diverse range of projects across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Traffic control and pedestrian management

  • General site labouring duties

  • Site clean-up and maintenance

  • Assisting tradespeople and site supervisors

  • Loading, unloading and moving materials

  • Manual handling and general construction tasks

  • Maintaining a safe and organised work environment

  • Following all site safety procedures and company policies

Essential Requirements

Site Labourers

  • Current White Card

  • Previous construction or labouring experience

  • Construction traffic/pedestrian management

  • Current driver's license and reliable transport

  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude

  • Ability to perform physically demanding work

  • Commitment to workplace health and safety
