Due to company growth and recently awarded projects, PCA Ground Engineering are seeking reliable, professional, level headed Piling Labourers looking to grow their skill set utilizing PCA’s vast array of piling and drilling attachments, as well as concrete pumps.

About the Role:
We’re currently on the lookout for experienced Piling Labourers to join our team on major civil and commercial construction projects across Queensland and New South Wales. If you have experience with concrete pumps and CFA (Continuous Flight Auger) piling, we want to hear from you.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with CFA piling operations and concrete pours

  • Setting up and maintaining piling rigs and equipment

  • Supporting rig operators and site supervisors

  • General site clean-up and labouring duties

  • Adhering to WHS standards at all times

 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in piling (CFA and/or other systems)

  • Driving licence 

  • Experience working with concrete pumps (line or boom)

  • White Card (Construction Induction Card) – essential

  • Physically fit and reliable

  • Good attitude and strong work ethic

  • Ability to work as part of a team in fast-paced environments

  • Willing and able to work away on roster

  • VOCs or tickets for plant and equipment (e.g., dogging, rigging, excavator)

 

Desirable:

  • Current HR/MR licence

  • Working at Heights ticket and EWP over 11m, as well as other relevant high risk tickets

  • Skills as a boilermaker, in concreting or working with concrete pumps
