The Opportunity

We are seeking hard working and reliable labourers / installers to work across various mine sites across Western Australia. These roles will be on 2:1 roster working 12 hour days .

What you’ll be doing:

• Install dam liners, reservoir liners, etc.

• Fill and deploy sandbags

• Deploy material sheets

• Ensure correct material is used for specific jobs

• Ensure equipment is maintained and serviced

• General labouring duties

What we’re looking for:

• Experience working in a similar site role within the Construction/Mining or similar industries would be an advantage but not essential

• White Card or equivalent

• Current unrestricted drivers’ licence

• Ability to understand and follow instructions

• Be a recognised team player and can work in a team-based environment

• Commitment and a good attitude towards safety and culture

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as filling sandbags and deployment of material

• Strong communication skills

• Willingness to grow and develop within a dynamic, changing environment

• Understand and work to Occupational Health, Safety and Environment (OHS&E) requirements

• Ability to work under pressure

You will be required to travel and work on various sites around Australia on a roster basis therefore flexibility, a good attitude and reliable transport is a must!
