The Company
Concentis is partnering with a leading renewable energy provider to source a reliable and experienced Vegetation Management / Grounds Maintenance Operator for a solar farm. This is an ongoing opportunity offering stable hours, early finishes, and the chance to work within the growing renewable energy sector.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining vegetation across the site while supporting general maintenance activities and ensuring a safe, compliant working environment. A site vehicle will be available for use during work hours.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining vegetation across the site while supporting general maintenance activities and ensuring a safe, compliant working environment. A site vehicle will be available for use during work hours.
Key Responsibilities
Vegetation Management
- Slashing and mowing around PV arrays, access roads, drainage lines, and perimeter fencing
- Herbicide application in accordance with site procedures and environmental requirements
- Identification and control of weeds and invasive species
- Routine inspection of site grounds and reporting hazards or issues
- Routine inspections and minor maintenance of tractor, slasher, and spraying equipment
- Assist with general facility maintenance tasks
- Support contractors and visitors on site
- Maintain high housekeeping and safety standards
- Ensure compliance with WHS and environmental regulations
- Demonstrated experience in vegetation management and tractor operation
- Experience with slashing, spraying, and grounds maintenance
- Current Commercial Spraying Licence (or willingness to obtain)
- Forklift Licence (LF) or willingness to obtain
- Strong understanding of workplace health and safety practices
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Current Manual Driver’s Licence
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Competitive remuneration
