Labourer/ Trade Assistant - Underpinning & Structural Rectification.

· Depot Location: Ashmore, Gold Coast, Qld

· Work Type: Casual with transition to Permanent after a successful trial.

· Wages: Highly competitive hourly rate based on experience

(Paid above the Building & Construction Award.)

· Hours: 7-00 AM -- 3.30 PM Monday to Friday

· Team: Small, supportive environment working directly under a site Supervisor.

About the Role

We are a specialised building rectification and underpinning company operating across the Gold Coast and Northern NSW. Due to a strong number of local projects, we are looking for a reliable, hard -working team member to join our close-knit crew.

You will start and end your day at our Ashmore depot, travelling to and from the various job sites in a company vehicle. This is a hands-on role where you will work in a small team assisting with foundation repairs and structural rectification under the direct guidance of an experienced supervisor.

Duties Include:

· Arriving at the Ashmore depot on time for a 7;00 AM for a prompt start.

· Assisting the supervisor with site setup, excavation, and preparation for underpinning.

· Handling construction materials, mixing concrete at times, and operating hand/power tools.

· Maintaining a clean, safe and organised job site.

· Working collaboratively within a small team to meet daily project goals.

Requirements (non-negotiable)

· White Card: Must hold a current General Construction Induction Card

· Gold Coast Resident: Must permanently reside on the Gold Coast for daily commuting.

· Own Transport: Must have a valid driver's licence and your own reliable transport to get to our Ashmore depot each morning.

· Punctuality & Attitude: A strong work ethic, physical fitness, and a willingness to listen and learn.

· Availability: Able to commit fully to the 7:00 AM - 3-300 PM 5 days a week roster.

· Experience: Previous exposure to construction work is required.

· Work Rights: Australian permanent residency is required for this position.
