Cappa Construction and Maintenance is a growing company delivering high-quality construction, renovation, and maintenance services across residential and commercial projects. We pride ourselves on reliability, workmanship, and attention to detail.

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Labourer to join our team. This role will support tradespeople on-site and assist with a variety of construction and maintenance tasks. This is a hands-on position suited to someone who is physically fit, proactive, and willing to learn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist tradespeople with day-to-day construction and maintenance tasks

  • Prepare and clean worksites, including setting up and packing down materials and tools

  • Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment

  • Follow instructions from supervisors and ensure tasks are completed efficiently

  • Operate basic hand and power tools safely

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

  • Adhere to all workplace health and safety regulations

  • Requirements

  • Previous experience in construction or labouring (preferred but not essential)

  • White Card (Construction Induction Card) – required

  • Physically fit and able to perform manual labour

  • Strong work ethic and reliability

  • Ability to work well in a team and take direction

  • Good attention to detail
