Skilled Civil Labourers Brisbane South | Ipswich | Logan | Sth Brisbane

WYNCO recruitment are currently seeking experienced Civil Labourers for multiple long-term subdivision projects across South East Queensland.

These roles offer stable, ongoing work with consistent full-time hours and the opportunity to build long-term careers within established civil crews.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting on subdivision and general civil construction projects
• Spotting machinery and working safely around plant
• Checking basic grades and levels where required
• Using hand and power tools on site
• General site clean-up, mobilisation and demobilisation
• Supporting crews to keep projects running efficiently
• Opportunity to operate minor plant (e.g. rollers) where ticketed

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous civil construction labouring experience
• Reliable, hard-working and safety-focused
• Ability to work well within a team
• White Card (essential)
• Driver’s licence and reliable transport

Tickets highly regarded:

• Mobile Plant tickets eg. Roller
• Confined Space / Working at Heights / Electrical Spotters
• Traffic Control
