💡 About the Role

As a Civil Labourer, you'll support our teams in delivering a variety of projects including:

New Industrial developments and subdivisions
Stormwater installation and upgrade works
General civil works and site preparation

Your day-to-day tasks may include trenching, spotting machinery, manual handling, pit and pipe support, laying, assisting trades, and site clean-up.

✅ Essential Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years' experience in civil construction/labouring
Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
Physically fit and capable of manual tasks
White Card (Construction Industry)
Current NSW Driver's Licence and own reliable transport

⭐ Desirable Skills & Licences

Experience working around mobile plant
MR/HR Truck Licence
Roller / Dump Truck Operator tickets (advantage)
Strong safety awareness and communication skills
