Dowsing Group is a leading civil services contractor that has proudly delivered exceptional quality projects since 1985. Today, our team of around 150 employees provide specialty civil sub-contractor services to major councils, LGA's and contractors in Australia and New Zealand. Some of our services to Local Govt Councils include removal and reinstatement of footpaths/driveways/verges/kerbing, reticulation repairs, site clean and backfill using suitable materials.

As we continue to grow and take on exciting new projects, we're expanding our workforce and assembling a new kerbing crew to support upcoming works.

Now Hiring – Kerbing Crew Positions Available:

• Kerbing Crew Leader / Leading Hand

• Kerbing Finishers

• Experienced Kerbing Labourer

What We're Looking For

To be successful in these roles, you will bring the following:

• Proven experience operating and steering kerbing machines – with specific knowledge of WA-type kerbing machines (essential)

• Strong finishing skills – including competent use of kerbing trowels unassisted, and experience with hand make-ups and pram ramps Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team

• Reliability, a strong work ethic, and a positive, can-do attitude

• Commitment to safety – following site safety procedures and company policies

Ideal candidate

• Construction White Card

• Valid C Class Manual Driver's Licence

• MR or HR Manual Licence – highly regarded for Finisher/Leading Hand role

• Ability to pass a drug and alcohol screening

• Physical stamina to carry out manually intensive work
