Appian Civil is a leading civil construction company delivering high-quality infrastructure projects across the Darling Downs. We’re currently seeking Civil Labourers to join our team on a range of projects throughout the Toowoomba region.

About the Role

You’ll be part of a hands-on crew supporting roadworks, drainage, subdivisions, and infrastructure projects. This is a great opportunity to work with a professional team that values safety, teamwork, and quality workmanship.

Duties include:

· • General labouring on civil construction sites

· • Assisting with pipe laying, concreting, and earthworks

· • Operating hand and power tools

· • Supporting machinery operators and tradespersons

· • Site setup, traffic management, and housekeeping

What You’ll Need

· • Construction White Card – essential

· • Current driver’s licence and reliable transport

· • Previous experience in civil or construction labouring preferred but not essential

· • Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work

· • Commitment to safety and teamwork

· • Tickets for small plant or machinery (advantageous but not required)
