Labourer – Across Sydney (Site Work + Factory Support)

About the Role
We are a local custom joinery business based in Smeaton Grange. We are looking for a hardworking Labourer who wants long-term work with a supportive team. This hands-on role includes both site work across Sydney and duties at our factory.

Key Responsibilities

• Loading, unloading, moving and positioning cabinetry and materials on active construction sites across Sydney

• Assisting with site deliveries and installations

• General factory labouring duties, including material handling, workshop support and keeping the workspace clean and organised

• Working independently on sites as well as part of the team in the factory

What We're Looking For

• Physically fit and capable of manual handling work on construction sites

• Highly reliable with a strong work ethic. We need someone we can trust to work unsupervised on client sites

• Own reliable transportation, essential

• Full car licence required for site travel and deliveries

• Safety conscious and able to follow instructions

• White card mandatory to work on construction sites

• Honest, dependable and looking for long-term employment

• Previous labouring, construction or joinery experience is helpful but not essential. Attitude and reliability matter most to us

• Any work rights accepted - Australian citizens, permanent residents or valid work visa holders welcome
