About the Role
We are building a talent pool of reliable General Labourers for upcoming casual assignments across the Port Macquarie region supporting civil construction, infrastructure, maintenance and similar projects. Our clients regularly require reliable labouring staff to support short-term projects, peak workloads and operational requirements. Opportunities may vary from one to two day assignments through to multi-week engagements, providing flexibility and exposure to different work environments.
Pay Rate: $35.84/hour - $50/hour + super (depending on the position and experience)
Location: Port Macquarie & the Mid North Coast Region
Duration: Casual assignments ranging from 1 day to several weeks
Start Date: Dependent on projects

We are also delivering projects in regional NSW locations, including the Riverina region, Broken Hill, Dubbo & Central NSW, Wagga Wagga, Gundagai, Temora, Hay, Narrandera, West Wyalong, Tamworth, Cooma & the North West, as well as the Hunter region including Maitland, Singleton, Newcastle, Waratah and Nabiac. We also have experience supporting clients in Moruya, Goulburn, Albion Park, Wallendbeen, Coffs Harbour, Port Macquarie, Tweed Heads, Mardi and the Southern Highlands. We welcome all regional NSW labourers to get in touch. Positions include truck drivers, labourers, mechanics, plant operators, plumbers, fitters, welders, boilermakers, line markers, road and bridge workers, carpenters, etc.

What You'll Be Doing
- General labouring and site clean-up
- Assisting trades and site supervisors
- Loading and unloading materials
- Manual handling and physically demanding work
- Following site safety procedures
- Using basic hand and power tools
- Current White Card
- Current Driver's Licence
- Physically fit and able to perform manual work
- Relevant Tickets
- Strong work ethic and team-focused attitude
- Ability to provide references
- Ability to pass a Police Check if required
- Valid Australian working rights
