We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Civil Labourer for a local council in the South East.


Your new role

You will be working within a dedicated team delivering a range of civil works including concreting, drainage, pavement construction, and retaining walls. The role involves both manual labour and the operation of plant and equipment to support infrastructure projects and maintenance activities.

This is an outdoor role where you will contribute to maintaining and improving community assets, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.


What you'll need to succeed

• MR Licence
• Previous experience in civil construction or infrastructure works (road & drainage)
• Ability to perform physically demanding manual labour in outdoor environments
• Experience using tools, plant or machinery
• Must be able to pass a police check
