Are you looking for a stable, hands-on role where you can make a real difference in the community? We are seeking a reliable and motivated Labourer to join our client in Picton.

In this role, you will be the backbone of recycling and waste management operations, ensuring that materials are safely sorted, processed, and diverted from landfills. If you enjoy physical work, working outdoors, and being part of a sustainable future, this is the job for you.

Your Responsibilities

• Sorting, separating, and processing recyclable materials and waste.
• Assisting customers and site visitors with correct waste disposal and inquiries.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised site environment.
• Operating basic machinery and hand tools (training provided).
• Adhering strictly to Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) guidelines.

What We Are Looking For

• A strong work ethic and a reliable
• Physical fitness and the ability to undertake manual handling tasks.
• Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-player mentality.
• Forklift Ticket (LF): Highly preferred, but not essential.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transport to get to Picton.
