About the Role

As a key support role within the workshop, you’ll assist tradespeople across fabrication, assembly and packing activities. You will operate hand tools, prepare materials, complete pre-start checks and help maintain a clean and organised work area.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Support

·         Safely operate workshop hand tools and equipment

·         Perform pre-operational inspections and pre-start checks

·         Assist tradespeople with fabrication and assembly of products

·         Pack finished orders and assist with loading and unloading

·         Maintain tidy work areas and conduct minor equipment maintenance

 

General

• Perform other duties as required to support production and operational needs

What You’ll Bring

·         Good understanding of workshop tools, machinery and safe work practices

·         Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability and safety focus

·         Reliable, self-motivated and adaptable

·         Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a small team

·         Able to work with minimal supervision

 

Requirements

·         Current Driver’s Licence

·         Current Forklift Licence
