Skilled Labourer - High End Renovations

About The Role:

Stark Builders is a growing residential construction company delivering high-quality builds and renovations. We’re looking for a reliable, skilled labourer to join our team and support our carpenters on active sites.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone with construction experience who takes pride in their work and wants consistent hours with a solid team.

Key Responsibilities

You’ll be working across residential building sites, assisting with:

• Construction site preparation and set-out

• Concrete preparation, formwork and slab pours

• Steel reinforcing, trench mesh and footing preparation

• Landscaping and external works

• Basic carpentry and construction tasks

• Demolition and excavation preparation

• Machine operation, where experienced/licensed

• Working with carpenters, trades and leading hands

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in residential construction, landscaping or external works

• White Card

• Driver’s licence and own vehicle

• Confident using power tools

• Physically fit and reliable

• Good attitude and strong work ethic

• Able to work well in a team

Highly Regarded

• Landscaping experience

• Formwork, slabs or concreting experience

• Steel reinforcing experience

• Machine operation experience

• Welding experience

• Truck licence
