Workshop Labourer

We are currently seeking a reliable Workshop Cleaner / Forklift Operator to join a busy welding and fabrication workshop based in Heathwood.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys staying active and takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment.

The Role You will be responsible for supporting daily workshop operations, including:

• General workshop cleaning and housekeeping
• Sweeping, clearing scrap steel and debris
• Assisting trades within the fabrication workshop
• Operating a forklift to move materials and fabricated items
• Manual handling and general labouring duties
• Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment

What We’re Looking For

• Current Forklift Licence (essential)
• Experience working in a workshop, fabrication, or industrial environment
• Physically fit and capable of manual labour
• Strong safety awareness
• Reliable transport and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced steel fabrication environment
