Roads Maintenance Labourers

Locations: Yatala (2 positions) & Brendale (1 position)
Hours: Monday to Thursday | 5:00am - 3:00pm
Employment Type: Full-Time Ongoing

We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Roads Maintenance Labourers to join a growing team delivering essential roadside vegetation maintenance services across the Brisbane region.

This is an active, outdoor role that offers a great work-life balance with a 4-day working week and ongoing employment opportunities.

About the Role

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Walking designated streets and road corridors

  • Applying herbicides using a backpack (knapsack) spray unit

  • Weed control along footpaths, gutters, kerbs, and roadside areas

  • Following safe work practices and environmental guidelines

  • Completing daily tasks efficiently and to a high standard

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • A current Driver's Licence

  • A current White Card

  • The ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

  • A strong level of physical fitness

  • The capability to walk up to 20km per day while carrying a backpack spray unit weighing approximately 15kg

  • A reliable work ethic and positive attitude
