YOUR Trades, a specialist division of YOUR Resourcing, is partnering with a highly reputable builder delivering high-end luxury projects across the Gold Coast. We are currently seeking an experienced Skilled Labourer to join a major construction project in Southport, with ongoing opportunities for the right candidate.

The Role:
This is a hands-on position working across a range of skilled labouring duties. You will play a key role onsite, supporting the team and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with general and skilled labouring duties
• Confident use of power tools
• Supporting site teams across multiple project stages
• Maintaining a high level of safety awareness at all times

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in labouring on construction sites
• Confident using power tools
• White Card (Construction Safety Card)
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and accountability
• Experience across commercial and residential construction environments
• Reliable transport and valid references
• Strong commitment to workplace health & safety

Highly Desirable (Not Essential):

• Forklift ticket
• Hoist ticket
• Traffic Control ticket
• Dogging ticket
