We are currently looking for a Stainless Steel Installer / Labourer who is motivated, enthusiastic and hardworking to join a fast paced, ever-growing company.


About the Business: 

ACT Stainless Steel is an Australian locally owned business, we specialise mainly in the manufacture of fabricated products for Commercial Kitchen and Bar fitouts.

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated individual to install commercial kitchen equipment on various projects across ACT & NSW areas. You will work with project managers, technicians, and builders to ensure equipment is installed safely and correctly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install commercial kitchen equipment 

  • Assist with positioning and securing stainless steel equipment

  • Read and interpret drawings and installation plans

  • Coordinate with electricians, plumbers, and other trades on site

  • Ensure installations meet safety and quality standards

  • Attend site inductions and follow WHS requirements

Skills & Experience

  • Experience installing commercial kitchen equipment (preferred)

  • Experience in construction, stainless steel fabrication, or mechanical installation

  • Ability to read basic drawings and plans

  • White Card (required)

  • Asbestos & Silica Cert

  • Driver’s licence (required)

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team
