About the Role

We are seeking skilled labourers who enjoy working outdoors, are physically fit, and have experience or interest in tree services, arboriculture, or similar hands-on industries. You’ll work as part of a professional team handling vegetation management in an urban and native forestry setting often in collaboration with local government agencies and utility providers.

Some working away from home will be required, and a generous Living Away From Home (LAHA) allowance will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with tree felling, pruning, and vegetation management

• Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely

• Work within a team to complete projects efficiently

• Adhere to strict safety protocols and procedures

What We’re Looking For

Essential

• Physically fit and comfortable with outdoor work

• HR licence (or working towards)

• White Card + valid driver’s licence

• Based within 30 minutes of Vasse

• Previous experience in arboriculture, tree services, or similar industries preferred but not essential if you’re motivated and willing to learn

Willing to Obtain Within 3 Months of Commencement

• Chainsaw ticket

• First Aid and CPR
