ASBESTOS LABOURER – SOUTHWEST REGION

BCP Group is a long-established company based in Busselton, W.A., with operating divisions covering civil contracting, plant hire, sand extraction & supply, and demolition.

We are currently seeking an experienced Asbestos Labourer for an immediate start in the Southwest Region.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role working within our demolition division, carrying out asbestos removal and associated labouring duties in accordance with safe work practices and regulatory requirements.


Essential Attributes

To be considered for this position, applicants must have:

• Construction Industry Induction (White Card)

• Current Asbestos Removal Licence (Non-Friable minimum – Friable highly regarded)

• Experience in asbestos removal and handling in a commercial or civil environment

• Understanding of asbestos regulatory requirements under WA legislation

• Ability to follow Safe Work Method Statements and site-specific procedures

• Demonstrated ability to work safely both independently and within a team

• Strong commitment to Workplace Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards

• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role

• Ability to pass a drug & alcohol screen and company medical


Desirable

• Experience with friable asbestos removal

• Confined Space entry ticket

• Working at Heights ticket

• HR Licence

• Demolition Ticket
