Central Coast Coolrooms Pty Ltd are specialists in the prefabrication, supply and installation of insulated panels for the coolroom, refrigeration, and construction industry throughout NSW and ACT. We are a well-established company located in Somersby on the Central Coast.

About the Role

We are seeking a Tradesman or Labourer to be trained in the building and installation of coolrooms. The role is full-time and offers a permanent position after a 6-month probation period.

This position is ideal for a motivated individual with construction experience who is looking for a stable, long-term opportunity with a reputable company.

• Minimum 40 hours per week (including RDO accrual - with the flexibility to take an RDO when it suits you)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the building and installation of coolrooms

• Work on sites across NSW and occasionally the ACT

• Follow all company and WHS procedures

• Travel away for up to 14 days when required

• Work early starts (from 5am) and 10+ hour days with reasonable overtime including weekends

Requirements (Must-Haves)

• Reside on the Central Coast, NSW

• Current NSW Driver’s Licence

• Own reliable vehicle

• WHS White Card

• Minimum 1 year experience in construction

• Recent, contactable references

• Understanding of current WHS (OH&S) standards

• Willing and able to:

  • Travel within NSW & ACT for extended periods

  • Work early starts and long shifts

  • Undergo and pass a company-funded pre-employment medical
