HL Landscapes is seeking motivated and reliable Landscape Labourers to join our Sydney construction teams. This role involves assisting with landscaping and civil works across projects throughout Sydney, helping deliver high-quality landscaping outcomes while maintaining strong safety and quality standards on site.
The role will involve a variety of general landscaping duties, working as part of a team installing both softscape and hardscape elements on large infrastructure and development projects.
The position is Sydney based, however there may be opportunities to work on regional projects from time to time. This may require working away during the week on occasion. HL Landscapes prides itself on being a reasonable employer, and any travel will always be arranged with consultation and appropriate notice.
Assisting with installation of softscape and hardscape landscaping works
Preparing ground surfaces, spreading topsoil and soil conditioning
Installing turf, planting trees, shrubs and garden beds
Assisting with irrigation and drainage installation
Operating basic landscaping tools and equipment
General labouring duties and site clean-up
Working safely as part of a team to deliver projects on schedule
Current Driver’s Licence
Industry White Card
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience working on civil construction or landscaping sites
Proven ability to lead teams and maintain a strong safety culture
Bobcat and Excavator licences
First Aid Certificate
HR Truck Licence
Trade qualification or strong experience in landscaping
