Labourer

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a reliable and physically fit Labourer to assist with site cleaning on various construction sites. The role involves collecting and disposing of construction waste to help maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up and remove rubbish from job sites.

• Load rubbish into bins, skips, or vehicles for disposal

• Set up new bags for construction waste

• Keep pathways, access points, and work areas clean and clear

• Sort and separate recyclable materials where required

• Follow instructions from supervisors and comply with site safety rules

• Report any hazards or unsafe conditions

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s Licence (required)

• Construction White Card (required)

• Asbestos and Silica Awareness

• Good level of physical fitness and able to lift and carry materials

• Punctual, reliable, and hardworking

• Ability to follow directions and work safely

• Previous labouring experience (preferred but not essential)

Casual role with potential for full-time permanent position.
