Trade Assistant / Labourer – Solar & Electrical Industry (Immediate Start)

Ethos Electrical is a growing Brisbane-based company specialising in solar installations, battery storage, EV charging and residential electrical work.

We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Trade Assistant / Labourer to join our team for an immediate start.

This is a great opportunity to work in the fast-growing renewable energy industry while gaining hands-on experience alongside qualified electricians.

About the role

You will assist our electricians with:

• Solar panel installations
• Battery installations
• Moving and preparing materials on site
• Roof work and general labouring
• Cleaning and preparing work areas
• Assisting with electrical and installation tasks

Work will be primarily residential installations across Brisbane and surrounding areas.

What we’re looking for

• Driver’s licence required
• Physically fit and comfortable working on roofs
• Reliable and punctual
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work well in a team

Experience in construction, roofing, solar or electrical work is beneficial but not required.
