HR Truck Driver Labourer - Waste Collection

About This Role

Waste M8 is a growing waste collection company servicing trade sites across Victoria.

We are looking for a reliable HR licensed truck driver to operate our rear lift compactor truck and complete waste collections from residential job sites.

This role involves both driving and manual loading, so the applicants must be physically fit and comfortable handling materials such as, cardboard, metals, packaging, and wooden pallets.

10am start. Approximately 5- 8hrs per day, Monday to Friday.

Job Description

• Driving and operating a Heavy Rigid rear lift compactor truck

• Manual loading of materials into the compactor truck

• Completing 4-8 jobs per day across Victoria

• Maintaining a clean and professional truck

• Be the face of Waste M8 for our clients, being approachable and professional comes naturally to you

• Follow safety rules and procedures

• Managing jobs through our mobile job systems (ServiceM8) including job details, navigating to sites, marking jobs complete and adding before and after photos

Job Requirements

• Valid HR Truck Licence

• Minimum 2+ years driving HR trucks

• Physically fit and capable of manual work

• Reliable and punctual

• Good attitude and work ethic

• Experience in waste collection and operating rear lift compactor truck preferred but not essential
