The role
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Landscape Labourer to support the delivery of commercial and maintenance landscaping projects. The successful candidate will perform a variety of manual tasks including site preparation, planting, and general construction support. This role requires the safe operation of landscaping tools and machinery, as well as the transportation of materials using an HR-licensed vehicle.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the preparation and execution of landscaping and maintenance tasks on commercial sites
Operate tools and machinery safely and effectively
Load, transport, and unload materials
Support construction and installation activities as directed
Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with all workplace regulations
Work under the direction of the Project Manager to meet project timelines and quality standards
Maintain a clean and organized work site
Requirements:
Previous experience in landscaping or construction preferred
Valid HR driver's license required
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Current White Card (Construction Induction Card) required
