The Role

In this position, you will be an integral part of the production team, assisting in the creation of high-quality precast concrete elements. Your daily tasks will include:

• Assembling and cleaning concrete moulds.
• Placing steel reinforcement and mesh.
• Pouring, vibrating, and finishing wet concrete.
• Stripping and detailing finished products for dispatch.
• General site cleanup and maintaining a safe workspace.

Requirements

• Safety First: A valid White Card and a strong commitment to OHS protocols.
• Physical Fitness: Capability to handle the physical demands of a precast yard (heavy lifting and manual tasks).
• Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and a "can-do" attitude.
• Must have a White Card
