About the Role:
We’re looking for reliable and hardworking Labourers / Drivers to join our service team.

You’ll travel to client sites to remove and replace kitchen filters, ensuring each job is completed safely, efficiently, and professionally.

This is a physical, team-based, hands-on role ideal for people with backgrounds in factory work, general labouring, construction, landscaping, warehouse work, cleaning, or trades assistant roles. It suits those who enjoy active work, variety, and being part of a supportive crew.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive to client sites to perform scheduled cleaning and maintenance work

• Safely remove, clean, and replace exhaust and air filters

• Follow safety procedures and complete tasks to a high standard

• Represent Lotus Commercial professionally at every site

• Work collaboratively to meet daily schedules and service goals

What We’re Looking For:

• Current full driver’s licence and good driving record

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual work

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team

• Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, warehouse, or labouring roles is an advantage
