About the role

Our Telwater team is currently looking for a skilled labourer with experience in either carpentry, cabinet making or similar industry to join our Marine carpentry team. The role will see the successful person measuring and cutting timber flooring for our range of large and plate boats. This is a repetitive role in a fast-paced production environment. 

This is a full time, permanent role working Monday to Friday 6am to 2:30pm (40hrs/ week). 

What we are looking for:

• Carpentry, shop fitting, or cabinet making skills essential
• Reliability with great attendance
• Ability to work in a very fast paced environment
• Operating machinery, power tools and hand tools
• Lifting and handling materials
• Full Australian working rights
• Attention to detail and take pride in the quality of your work
• Willingness to learn and develop skills within our boat building operations
