Vac Truck Operators & Labourers (with formwork experience)

Indigie Resource Group are seeking an experienced Vaccum Excavator (NDD) Operators & Labourers (with Formwork experience) for works in Exmouth.

Location: Exmouth, WA

Start: End of March 2026

Roster: 20:7

Hours: 10.5hr/6x days/week, 8hr/1xday/week

Duration: ongoing for the right candidate

Rates:

CW4 Operators $51.56 hourly base rate + $12.89 casual loading

CW1 Labourers $46.25 hourly base rate + $11.56 casual loading

+ overtime & weekend penalty rates

+ Superannuation on 38 hour week

Allowances: $4.50/hour Site allowance

$21.43/day Personal Incentive Payment (paid at the end of the contract)

Inclusions: flights (ex Perth), meals, accommodation & PPE

Must Have:

Relevant Experience

• National Police Clearance (dated within 20 days)

• Driver License (HR for Operators)

• White Card

• Passport / VISA / VEVO (right to work in Australia)

• Resident of WA (flights ex Perth)

• Able to pass a medical and drug & alcohol screening

• Able to complete inductions online

• Experience in civils industry

• Labourers must have experience with carpentry / formwork

• All candidates to labour and happy to help on site
