Civil Labourer

About the role:

This is a dynamic, hands-on role working with road maintenance crews on key Local Government projects in the Southern suburbs of Melbourne. You will be an integral member of the team delivering essential road maintenance activities that keep local roads safe and smooth.

You'll be working on a variety of tasks and assets, including:

• Operating specialised plant and equipment used for line marking and bitumen sprays.
• General manual handling tasks (shovelling, raking, sweeping, and heavy lifting)
• Prep road surfaces for asphalt and sealing.
• Making sure all work is completed safely, correctly, and to a high standard.

About you:

You are a reliable, physically fit, and highly adaptable individual who thrives in an outdoor team environment and always puts safety first.

• Ability to perform physically demanding manual work.
• A solid commitment to Work Health and Safety.
• Must hold a current White Card (Construction Induction Card) and a current Traffic Management ticket.
• Must have a valid MR Driver's Licence.
