A leading, large-scale commercial fit out company based in the Brisbane CBD is seeking an experienced Lead Labourer to support Site Managers on a large high-quality fitout project based in the Brisbane CBD. This will be a long-term role (12+ months) with consistent hours, strong site support and excellent earning potential.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on leader looking for stability, variety and career progression within the commercial construction sector.

There is also an opportunity to secure full time employment with the Business.

PAY: $38-$40p/hr + Allowances + Super + Overtime Rates

Key Responsibilities

General HSE compliance and site housekeeping
Opening and securing site daily (access, windows, gates, etc.)
Coordinating and organising trades with site staff
Running designated work areas under Site Manager direction
Managing deliveries, materials and logistics
General labouring, cleaning and hands-on site support

About You

Proven experience as a Leading Hand / Senior Labourer in commercial construction
Strong communication and organisational skills
Safety-focused with a proactive, reliable work ethic
Ability to work independently and support site leadership
White Card – essential
Additional tickets are highly regarded Eg: Working @ Heights, EWP + - 11m, Forklift etc
