Who We Are Looking For

We need reliable, "get-in-and-get-it-done" professionals with strong Plant & Machinery experience across the following disciplines:

• Plant Operators: Roller, Excavator, Loader, and Telehandler.

• Civil All-Rounders: Skilled in drainage, general groundworks, and site prep.

• Asphalt & Kerb Crews: Experienced in paving, kerb, and channel work.

• Truck Drivers: MR/HR/HC licences highly regarded.

Your Skills & Experience

To hit the ground running, you'll need:

• The Basics: A current White Card and a valid Manual Driver's Licence.

• The Experience: Proven background in civil construction, heavy infrastructure, or plant operation.

• The Attitude: A proactive mindset-you're happy to jump out of the cab and help the ground crew when needed.

• Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to pass a pre-employment medical (including Drug & Alcohol screening).
