The North is Booming Randstad is currently partnering with the most respected civil contractors in Launceston and the Northern Midlands. We are looking for experienced "all-rounders" to join our teams for upcoming roading, infrastructure, and subdivision projects across the region.
We need reliable, "get-in-and-get-it-done" professionals with strong Plant & Machinery experience across the following disciplines:
Plant Operators: Roller, Excavator, Loader, and Telehandler.
Civil All-Rounders: Skilled in drainage, general groundworks, and site prep.
Asphalt & Kerb Crews: Experienced in paving, kerb, and channel work.
Truck Drivers: MR/HR/HC licences highly regarded.
Stability: Consistent weekly hours with overtime opportunities in the Launceston area.

To hit the ground running, you'll need:
The Basics: A current White Card and a valid Manual Driver's Licence.
The Experience: Proven background in civil construction, heavy infrastructure, or plant operation.
The Attitude: A proactive mindset-you're happy to jump out of the cab and help the ground crew when needed.
Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to pass a pre-employment medical (including Drug & Alcohol screening).
