Landscape Construction Supervisors & Labourers

Streamline Innovations' is seeking an experienced Landscape Construction Site Manager and Tradesmans Labourer to lead and execute on our construction projects in the beautiful Newport, QLD region. This is a full-time position that will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our landscape construction projects and some of the areas prize homes landscapes.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities, including supervising a team of landscape tradesman/labourers

• Liaise with clients, contractors, and directors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

• Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, and manage supplier relationships

• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and safety protocols

• Monitor and report on project progress, identify and resolve any issues or risks

• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and company policies

• Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team, and mentor junior staff as required

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Landscape Construction Site Manager or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry

• Demonstrated experience in managing the full lifecycle of landscape construction projects, from planning to completion

• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and the construction team

• Proficient in the use of construction management software and tools

• Thorough understanding of landscape construction methods, materials, and equipment

• Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and safety protocols

• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
