CD Conveyor Services is a growing company specialising in conveyor belt supply, installation, maintenance, rubber lining, and wear protection solutions across quarrying, mining, recycling, cement, and bulk handling industries. We pride ourselves on reliability, fast response, and quality workmanship.


We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer / Belt Splicer & Rubber Liner to join our team. This role involves hands-on work installing, repairing, and maintaining conveyor belts and rubber lining systems both in our workshop and on client sites.

Work will include shutdowns, installations, and general maintenance across various environments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conveyor belt installation and repairs

  • Belt splicing (training provided if required)

  • Rubber lining

  • Assisting with maintenance and inspections

  • Workshop preparation and fabrication assistance

  • Site work including shutdowns and call-outs

  • Following safety procedures and site requirements


What We’re Looking For

  • Strong work ethic and reliability

  • Ability to work in physically demanding environments

  • Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime

  • Construction White Card (or willingness to obtain)

  • Driver’s licence preferred

  • Experience in conveyor work, splicing, rubber lining, or mechanical work is highly regarded (but not essential — training provided)

Candidate must have:

  • A can do attitude

  • Current Manual drivers licence

  • WHITE CARD

  • Flexible working hours

  • Dedication

  • Willingness to learn new tasks

  • Have some past labouring experience

  • Good social skills to respond to management

  • MUST work well in a group environment

  • Related experience is preferable but not essential

  • Truck licence is preferred but not a necessity  

⭐️ This position is available for an immediate start.

Wages are paid on an hourly rate and the selected candidate will have an opportunity to earn in excess of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum.
