Assembler / Labourer
Times: Monday-Thursday, 7:00am-3:30pm, Friday 7:00am-12:30pm
Location: Cheltenham, Melbourne, VIC
We are seeking reliable and motivated Assembler / Labourers to join our team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with tools, assembling products, and assisting in a manufacturing environment. Experience in basic spray painting, minor welding and plasterboard repair/refill work is highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assembly of door and panel products to company specifications.
  • General labouring and factory support duties.
  • Basic spray painting and surface preparation.
  • Plasterboard refill, patching, and finishing work as required.
  • Loading, unloading, and handling materials safely.
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work area.
  • Following workplace health and safety procedures.
  • Assisting other team members with production tasks as needed.
Skills & Experience:
  • Previous experience in assembly, cabinet making, manufacturing, construction, or labouring roles preferred.
  • Basic spray-painting experience.
  • Experience with plasterboard patching/refilling and surface finishing.
  • Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
  • Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively within a team.
  • Engagement and great attitude
