No Experience Needed | Warehouse Labourers & Forklift Operators | Narangba

CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking General Labourers and Forklift Operators for a concrete manufacturing facility based in Narangba, QLD.

These roles offer Monday to Friday work in a clean, well-maintained environment, with stable hours and temp-to-perm opportunities available..

This is a stable role with consistent hours, overtime available daily and workload not effected by weather. 

Key Responsibilities

General Labourer: 

• Assisting with concrete pouring, preparation and finishing
• Preparing moulds for the manufacture of concrete sleepers
• Handling and working with concrete mix
• Removing finished sleepers from moulds
• Supporting tradespeople and operators on site
• General site clean-up and maintaining a tidy work environment
• Following all site safety procedures

Forklift Operators: 

• Operating a forklift to safely move concrete sleepers around the plant
• Loading, unloading and relocating materials within the yard
• Supplying materials to production areas as required
• Stacking and organising finished products for dispatch
• Conducting basic pre-start checks on equipment
• Assisting with general labouring duties when required
• Maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to site procedures

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Must have a Current Driver’s Licence (no public transport available)
• Forklift Licence (highly desireable) with proven experience
• MUST be clean shaven (site requirement)
• Physically fit and capable of manual labour
• Reliable, punctual and safety-focused
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment

What We Can Offer:

• $32.50 - 36/Hour + Overtime Rates
• Monday to Friday roster (6:00am – 4:00pm)
