Powder Coating Labourer Sandblaster

Shack Powdercoating is a locally owned and trusted business in Geelong, specialising in high-quality powder coating finishes. We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Labourer to join our team and help us deliver outstanding results for our customers.

What you’ll be doing:

• Preparing metal products for powder coating (cleaning, sanding, masking).

• Assisting with loading and unloading items from coating lines.

• Supporting experienced powder coaters in daily production.

• Packing and organising finished products for customers.

• General workshop duties, ensuring a safe and tidy workspace.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

• Ability to measure accurately

• Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.

• Attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.

• Reliability and a willingness to learn.

• Previous experience in powder coating, painting, or factory work is an advantage but not essential – training will be provided.

• Current Forklift ticket
