Dockhand / Freight Handler - 5 hours shifts - Morning or  Afternoon 


We are a national freight express logistics company currently seeking reliable and hardworking Dockhands/Freight Handler to join our busy freight operations team in Dandenong. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for morning or afternoon shifts to work around other commitments. 
 
What's on Offer?

• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift 5:00am - 10:00am OR Afternoon shift 3.30pm to 8.30pm. Please note, if work load is busy flexibility is required to work additional hours. 
• Morning Shift $33.12 per hour / Afternoon Shift $37.76 per hour 
• Weekly pay
• Ongoing work with a leading transport and logistics company
• Dandenong location

Key Responsibilities

• Unloading freight from containers
• Moving cartons and freight onto conveyor belts
• Sorting freight into designated cages
• Loading goods into delivery vehicles
• General dockhand and warehouse duties
• Manual handling and lifting of items up to 25kg

About You
To be successful in this role, you will:

• Be physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
• Have a strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Have your own transport due to the early morning start times
• Be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Previous dockhand, freight handling, or warehouse experience is highly regarded
