4Ways Fresh is a leading WA wholesale fresh-produce supplier, providing high-quality fruit and vegetables to retailers across the state. We are looking for reliable, energetic, and motivated team members to join our morning warehouse crew.

About the Role

This is a hands-on labouring position working in a cool-room/warehouse environment. Your key duties will include:

• Picking and preparing orders

• Stacking and transporting produce onto pallets

• General lifting and manual handling

• Supporting warehouse staff and drivers

• Maintaining a clean and organised workspace

• Using initiative and working as part of a close-knit team

Shift Details

• Monday to Friday

• 4:30am – 9:30am (approx. 5-hour shift)

• Additional hours may be available depending on workload

• Perfect for anyone seeking short morning shifts, such as people with daytime study, other employment, or personal commitments

• Good physical fitness and the ability to perform regular lifting

• Ability to lift weights up to 30kg as part of regular duties
