ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for High Reach drivers, Forklift Operators, RF Scanners & Warehouse Labourers to join our team in Kilcoy.

Your responsibilities will be, but not limited to:

• Assisting in the loading and preparation of pallets ready for load out
• Pick Orders with accuracy and efficiency
• RF Scanning
• General stock movement within production facility

REMUNERATION: Base rate indicated below. Rate differs according to shift times/days.

• Labourer - $27.57 base per hour.
• Licensed Forklift Drivers - $28.97 base per hour (after company specific training and assessment sign off).
• Experienced High Reach Forklift Operators - $38.00 base per hour (after company specific training and assessment sign off).

ROSTER

Several rosters across a 7 day per week operation, with extra shifts available to pick up, and possible overtime.

• Day Shift: 5.00am to 4.00pm | 7 Day Roster - 4 on 4 off, and 3 on 3 off
• Night Shift: 4.00pm to 3.00am | 7 Day Roster - 4 on 4 off and 3 on 3 off

ABOUT YOU

• A current LF forklift licence an advantage
• LO Class on licence an advantage
• Experience in High Reach Forklift Operations an advantage
• Display a high level of attention to detail
• Basic numerical aptitude
• Fast and accurate picking rate
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Able to work in cold environments
• Unlimited working rights within Australia
• Ability to work alongside a diverse workforce
• Drivers licence and reliable vehicle or own transport or reliable means of getting to work
• Vaccinated (or willing to be) against Q Fever
