Position Overview

We are looking for experienced civil construction professionals to contribute to ongoing and upcoming projects. Successful candidates will work as part of a dynamic team across various construction sites, performing tasks that support the delivery of high-quality infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Plant Operators

• Operate machinery including graders, dozers, excavators, loaders, skid steers, and rollers.

• Conduct pre-start checks and routine maintenance on machinery.

• Ensure machinery operates safely and efficiently.

• Coordinate with site supervisors and other workers to complete tasks.

• Adhere to all safety regulations and standards on site.

• Perform work to the highest safety standards.

Pipelayers

• Lay and install pipeline systems and other underground services, including potable water, recycled water, sewer, and stormwater projects.

• Excavate trenches and prepare sites for installation.

• Read and interpret project plans and drawings.

• Ensure quality assurance in line with project specifications.

• Perform work to the highest safety standards.

Civil Construction Labourers

• Undertake general site labouring duties including digging, trenching, and basic manual handling tasks.

• Assist with the setup and cleanup of job sites.

• Operate hand and power tools as required.

• Perform work to the highest safety standards.

• Support plant operators and pipelayers as needed.
