We're building a pipeline of experienced Civil Labourers for ongoing sub-division projects across Greenbank and surrounding growth corridors in Brisbane's south. If you know your way around a site and take pride in getting the job done right, we want to hear from you.

What you'll be doing:

• Full range of manual labour tasks across active subdivision sites
• Supporting civil crews through all stages of subdivision works
• Operating Rollers as required - roller operators highly regarded
• Working both as part of a team and independently when the site demands it

What we're looking for:

• Must have Driver's License with own transport
• Must have White Card
• Proven experience on subdivision or civil construction sites
• Comfortable with all manual tasks the job throws at you
• Roller ticket (advantageous - you'll get the opportunity to use it)
• A genuine safety-first mindset - proactive, not reactive
• Someone who can take direction, read a site, and use their initiative to get the job done
