Civil Labourers and Plant Operators

Protech are currently seeking Experienced Civil Labourers and Plant Operators for multiple projects across Western Sydney and South Coast!
 
ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Monday to Friday + Saturday (as required)
•  $37.50 to $45 p/h + Overtime + Allowances + Super (Role Dependent)
• Both Ongoing and Adhoc Work Available

 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Civil Labouring Duties:

• Installing fencing, signage, flagging and environmental controls
• General site clean-up and housekeeping
• Spotting machinery and ensuring safe work around services
• Assisting plant operators and site supervisors

Plant Operating (If Ticketed):

• Electrical Spotter VOC/SOA
• Roller Operating VOC/SOA
• Telehandler / Manitou  VOC/SOA
• EWP VOC/SOA
• Watercart VOC/SOA
• TMA

 
TICKETS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Full Australian Working Rights
• Valid White Card (Construction Induction)
• Current Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
• Minimum 6-months experience in civil construction
• RII or VOC Tickets (essential for operator roles)
• Strong work ethic, reliability and a positive, team-focused attitude
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required
