Job Description: We are currently seeking dedicated Asphalt Workers in either Full-Time or Casual capacity to join our team running out of Cavan. The role involves working on various aspects of asphalt and spray seal applications, ensuring high standards of workmanship and safety are maintained throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform asphalt and spray seal applications as directed.
Assist in excavation and basecourse preparation.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a positive attitude towards safety.
Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve project goals.
Maintain reliability and punctuality in attendance.

Requirements:

Prior experience in asphalt, spray seal, or civil construction is highly regarded but not essential.
MR truck license or above is highly regarded but not essential.
Construction White Card is essential.
Must have or be willing to obtain a current National Police Clearance, DHS checks, Medical and Demerit Point Checks.
Strong commitment to safety practices.
Hardworking with a proactive, can-do attitude.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Willingness to engage in hands-on work and physical labour.
